I arrived to my appointment and the two ppl at the desk was both helping a woman in front of me. I was not acknowledged until it was my turn. I felt that if I was a new patient that it would have taken a sec for them to see I was new and give me the new... pt forms to fill out while they were dealing with the other person. That's just me, work smarter not harder. They were polite and professional but not overly welcoming. They are the face of the practice, all else is immaterial if your staff is cold. The med asst was nice and the Dr was very nice. I was glad he explained what was going to happen. All in all it was okay.read more

PCP sent referral and I got scheduled right away but the appointment was a couple month's wait. Prompt and efficient, got seen right on time, doctor was thorough and scheduled anEEG and the first available is January 11, so another 2 month wait. Dr.... Excellent customer service from the time you check-in to the time you check-out. Dr. Sheth and NP Quilon, both, make you feel like then truly care about you as a patient. They listen, explain each process and make you feel comfortable.

My primary care doctor set up my initial appointment with Dr Sheth to evaluate sleep problems and vertigo issues. No problem getting an appointment, and his staff were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Dr. Sheth conducted a thorough review... of my issues and quickly setup follow on procedures including a sleep test and brain MRI. Awaiting these procedures to be performed in the near term.read more

I wouldn’t recommend them, for one they never answer the phone. I saw the male doc (I believe his name starts with an S) and he tried to dismiss what the hospital said I had, and prescribed me migraine medicine (which I don’t have) and I went to my pcp... and he was confused why he would even give that to me. He doesn’t listen to you at all, he was supposed to send a referral for a specialist 2 weeks ago and was never sent. The only person I like there if I had to see them again before I see a different provider is Amanda, she actually listens and try to figure out what’s going onread more

I have a sleep disorder that is getting progressively worse and wrecking havoc on my personal and professional life. I had to wait 3 weeks for my 1st appointment. Another 4 weeks after my 1st appointment to get a home sleep study. Its been 1.5 weeks... since the study and no one will answer the phone and tell me results and what the next steps are.Update 1: Dr. Sheth reached out to me and provided me with the result of my sleep study and next steps. He also explained that they have been short staffed due to COVID and that supply chain issues have made it difficult for them to get parts for their home sleep study devices.read more

Update: I did receive a voicemail on 6/7 from someone at the office, asking me to call her back as they did not receive my email along with apologies for the delay. I called back on 6/8 at exactly 8:30am & explained to the young lady who answered the... phone, what the voicemail said & then I verified the email address. She told me that was correct & said she will check to see if she can find the email & will call me right back. It’s now 6/9 at 2pm & it’s crickets again. I’ve decided to just move on & find another place. I would have loved to had the opportunity to change my rating, b/c I can understand being short-staffed, & just overwhelmed, but don’t tell people you will do something & not follow through.As of now, I not too sure about this place. I got a referral from my doc to do a sleep study. I’ve been looking & reading reviews & saw this company had great reviews about the doc; however, I’m wondering about the staff. I called a week ago to schedule an appt & emailed my referral to them. I have yet to hear anything back. I have followed up with email & left a voicemail message. Radio silence. The doc may be great, but I haven’t had the chance to find out & his business will lose credibility if his staff isn’t following up with potential new patients. I’ve wasted an entire week waiting for an appt. Guess my search continues…….read more

I had an appointment today I was stuck in traffic which had me a little late. I was right there by the office on greenbrier parkway. It was under 15 mins. It was 4:07 she said I would have to make another appointment . I told her no I would not and I... would find someone else to go too. They are not workable. She said she was going to ask the doctor and then she came back with me making another appointment. Flash you are not the only doctor's office.. I will share this with my doctor who recommended them.Response to your responseThings happen.I could see if I was over 15 mins late hence you could not accomodate that. WOW. I had already filled out my paper work and sent it in. Never the less. NO thank you for your service. I am quite sure he/she is not always on time and some patients have to wait to be seem. I am having several issues with their office staff. They required a referral to be seen (I had one - even though my insurance doesn't require it) and the doctor had to review it (even though I was scheduled with a nurse practitioner). This caused a week... delay before being scheduled. I've been trying to call for a follow up appointment and they have not answered the phone or called me back in 2 weeks.read more

I followed NP Quilon here her previous clinic, as she is the best thing in the world! She actually listens to her patients and gives valuable advice and actually works with you. I have had a doctor that this community thinks walks on water, tell me he... was running out of options after 2-3 visits. NP Quilon took over my care and listened to me and has helped to get my symptoms to being non-existent. Sometimes NP’s are 1,000 times better than MD’s!read more

This was my first time visiting this office. First of all, I manage a physician practice so I know full well that patient experience is valuable as well as the provider's time. Unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic and knew that I was going to be a... few minutes late for my appointment. I called to notify the office and to ensure they were still able to see me. The receptionist wasn't rude but lacked personality. Very robotic would be the best way to describe it. When I get to the office, I was immediately met by the receptionist who must have been the person I spoke with on the phone. Again, lack of personality. Definitely should not be the "face" of the practice. No customer service skills and lacks the necessary skillset to be a patient service representative. The nurse on the other hand was personable. Physician was ok, but not sure if I will be going back. I gave three stars because the nurse was great and the provider wasn't terrible.read more

This was my first visit to Dr Sheth and I was very impressed. I walked in and was waited on immediately. Before finishing check in I was called back to get my vital signs and then placed in a treatment room. Within 3-4 minutes I was seen by Dr Sheth.... Never have I ever been seen that quickly. He was very thorough and asked many questions. He explained right away what he thought could possibly be the problem and ordered several lab tests and a CT scan. I will follow up in 3 months. Everyone from the medical receptionist to the medical assistants were all very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this neurology practice.read more

I have seen Dr. Sheth a couple times & I find him to be very patient oriented. He takes time to listen & is genuinely concerned for his patients. The staff & nurses are always pleasant. I would highly recommend Progressive Neurology & Sleep Center.
